The verdict
The 3GB GTX 580 doubled the usual GF110 frame buffer just as high-resolution gaming was growing. Gainward's Phantom made the option real in shops; its extra memory mattered most when the standard card's 1.5GB was the constraint.
GPUsed Legend Rating
5.9 /10Our editorial rating of its legacy and character. It is separate from benchmark performance and is not an audience vote.
