GPUSED’S TAKE

The verdict

The 4GB 128-bit GT 730 is a Fermi GF108 board, not the newer GK208 card with the same retail name. MSI sold this exact combination in 2015. The large buffer looks impressive on a listing, but the old 96-core GPU sets the limits.

Japan; MSI announced and started sales of N730-4GD3V2 on 1 August

MSI and its Japanese distributor document the 96-core, 128-bit 4GB DDR3 board and exact launch date. Its 96 cores identify the Fermi GF108 configuration; the GPUsed-tested board SKU is not known.

A board-specific test SKU is not supplied with this profile. It identifies the recorded GPU variant; a particular card’s dimensions, cooler and power connections need their own check.
