GPUSED’S TAKE

The verdict

The 512-shader RX 550 2GB was a small Polaris card for light games and compact PCs. Sapphire sold this configuration at the family debut, but other RX 550s later used 640 shaders, so the processor count matters more than the shared name.

Japan; Sapphire PULSE 2GB board announced for shop sale from 21 April

Sapphire specifies an RX 550 2GB GDDR5 board with 512 stream processors; the dated shop report names the same PULSE capacity and board code. GPUsed's board SKU is unknown.

A board-specific test SKU is not supplied with this profile. It identifies the recorded GPU variant; a particular card’s dimensions, cooler and power connections need their own check.
